The Best Vacation Rentals Clearwater Beach

By Ted Strothers

Florida is a fantastic vacation spot, no matter if you are single, part of a couple, or a large family. There are lots of places to stay during your vacation, but not every spot is for everyone. For example, hotels are great if you want a lot of amenities, but they can be expensive, especially if your trip is for several days or weeks. Instead, you should consider vacation rentals Clearwater Beach for extended stays.

Many long-term rentals are either apartments or condos. These vary greatly in size and can hold anywhere from one to a dozen people. Studios and one bedrooms units can house a single person or a couple easily. Many have swimming pools and are close to points of interest, just like an apartment that you might live in would be.

If an apartment or condominium doesn't have enough space or privacy for your liking, consider renting a house or villa instead. A smaller two bedroom may suit you, or get a gigantic one with multiple bedrooms if you are hosting a crowd.

A house or villa may not have a huge amount of amenities, but some will have a pool, and almost all of them will give you privacy and plenty of parking. You could also have a patio and private backyard, something you could not get at a hotel.

The cost of these rentals will vary widely because there are peak times when the cost goes higher. For example, summer holidays like Memorial Day or Labor Day will see a price hike because demand for places near the water is high. However, if you book in advance and during non-holiday times, you are likely to get a really great deal.

Think outside of the box next time you want to go to the beach, and stay at a rental instead of a traditional hotel room. You will save money, have more privacy, and still have lots of amenities to choose from. The money you save can be used to eat out, on souvenirs, or just save it for a rainy day.
