Applicants for rental lodgings should be made aware of the fact that well run establishments do their due diligence before deciding whether to accept applicants as sitting tenants. It makes perfect business sense that prudent business people in the rental lodging business prefer tenants who pay their rent on time and can behave appropriately by following the landlords rules and regulations.
