Even though values for real estate are lower than the state, real estates in Cando boast of multiple plots of land, lakes and farmsteads and thus, appeals to quite a few. Furthermore, the city is worthy of consideration with its low crime rates, the rich variety of outdoor activities and recreation, its excellent climate and of course, not to forget its natural beauty.
